Companies waste millions of dollars on unused office space. Employees clearly state they won't return to the office five days per week. Instead, they demand work flexibility to choose where to work from, tailored to their specific needs. Flowpass's offerings is a mix of office hubs, and co-working spaces – optmized to keep an organization agile and employees happy. The app is available on dektop, in the App Store and Play Store.
The growth hack we've planned for Q4 is not only well-thought-out and straightforward but also very close to my heart. Our users always had the option to share a link to invite their friends to Fishbrain. In Q4 we are going to use this feature and donate $1 on the user's behalf and $1 on behalf of their friend who signed up to a non-profit organization. Studies show that users are more likely to share content if they get benefits as well as the user whom they invite. This win-win hypothesis can be impactful and we are currently implementing our MVP.

Companies are reshaping their workplace strategy, and leaders are rethinking how and where employees work and collaborate. At Flowpass we analyse where does each employee of an enterprise live and how are they distributed today.
Rightsizing the office and adding a network of professional, flexible co-workspaces in combination with the employees' homes can gives organizations competitive benefits needed to retain and attract international talent.
At Flowpass, the product team and I are creating the vision, the platform, and the experience needed to bring this offering to life.
Employees can discover, spaces and different setups based on their location. They can save their favorites, share them with coworkers and make a booking with only two clicks. Employees see where their coworkers are going or who else is joining them that day. I aim to keep the app as simple as possible, while making the short moments employees are spending in the app as empowering and delightful as possible.
A fully distributed team with experienced professionals can get incredibly far – I've never been in a more curious, kind, and "let's-just-do-it" team before. The engineers and I are working closely together, challenging each other, and always aim to understand the big picture in order to make a joint decision.
Knowing so much about each others day-to-day work and projects, can also bring its challenges. A lack of trust can bring dicussions, worries, and, not fruitful ground to continue on a project. I knew we had to take a step back and re-build this trust that we had in the beginning again. Hearing each other out, sharing experiences, and learning about each others strenghts and weaknesses enabled us to get closer together and continue running fast!
